  • A disease is a symptom of the loss of equilibrium of energies.
  • The equilibrium is maintained easily when the general energy is in excess, much as partners maintain harmony.
  • Two partners of temperamental deficiency are always capable of falling out. When the company profits are high, their temperamental deficiency is made up by the excess flow of energy of profits.
  • The little deformation of temperament needs enormous energies to neutralise their ill effects.
  • Particular attention to ill-humored or bad behaviour needs very little energies, while the other way vast amounts are necessary.
  • Vertigo does not cause dizziness all the time, like any other disease. Any disease causes the pain only periodically, sparing the patient at other times.
  • Is there a method of availing of the freedom to remove the defect?
  • Whether it is an ache, or itching or bleeding, not all diseases cause them constantly. The method here is to centre oneself in the strength of the system when the symptom is absent.
  • The lapse is in the Force, not the Being.
  • By shifting from the Force to Being, the disease will be cured.
  • It is the Being that maintains the equilibrium for most of the time. When our centre of personality shifts from Being to Force, the lapse occurs.
  • A speaker who memorises a lecture depends on his memory to deliver it successfully. One who inspires the audience draws his energy from the response of the audience.
  • When the memory fails, the speaker can shift to the audience, which will be unfailing.
  • In the case of vertigo, the patient can realise this fact and endeavour to shift from the lower to the higher side.
  • Though it is true for all diseases and all problems, it can be seen more easily in vertigo.
  • Now the bones maintain the balance. After the change, he will maintain it. He shifts from unconsciousness to consciousness. The disease itself is an opportunity for him to become conscious.
